Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
Digital Products
Groundworks provides downloadable digital products, including workbooks, journals, guides, templates, and other educational resources.
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been provided.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product.

You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

The purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, or technically defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

A billing error occurred during checkout.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
